We didn't have time to walk the trails, we did enjoy our time at the falls. It was a beautiful, gorgeous fall day. We found a few different mushrooms & birds to take pictures of in the wild. The tree's are so tall and beautiful. The trail looks like it can accommodate wheelchairs and bicycles which is great. It is... More

Since our first review we have been back a couple of times and there has been a lot of improvements, the walks, the picnic area, the falls lights, trails. Cuddos to the people of Flint for bringing this attraction back to life. Thank you Flint. Lovely place for a long walk, a picnic, reading a book, quiet time, feeding the... More

Pretty lights in the evening, bring popcorn or bread to feed the very hungry birds and giant fish! Hiking trail access here too, no fishing allowed here but you can put a small kayak in or fish nearby.

Very nice place to visit. I will be sharing this destination with my family. The bathroom were better than a pit pot.

This park is a gem in an area that you're not expecting to see it in. The trail is paved or Boardwalk and not physically demanding. The falls are very interesting (man made) and quite scenic. They seem to be giving the park a facelift, with favourable results. Lots of people around, yet not crowded. We enjoyed our stop here.

We weren't going to stop because of some of the reviews but very glad we did. It looks like it had gotten a little run down but seen obvious signs of repairs and new construction. The falls part itself is beautiful. I only wish we had a little more time to check out the trails

I heard so much about stepping stone falls from friends and relatives that live in the area until I decided to put it on one of the things to see while on vacation in Michigan. So I called the park office and got information on hours of operation. On the weekend of July 4th, we went to the falls. they... More

Contrary to some of the older comments below, the county appears to be making improvements to the park area this summer. It looks like a new bridge has been installed, and a new stairway is being built down to the lower viewing level. New flowers had been planted. And the trail through the park has been signed as part of... More
