We took the tunnel bus from windsor to the Detroit Tigers game on Sunday. The cost i only $10.00 per person return so a good value. The thing that wasn't the best was that the bus stopped about 4 blocks before Comerica Park so you...More

We were met with a degree of skepticism from our friends and family when we told them that we were going to go to Detroit for the weekend. Immediately we were told that we would be shot and killed and that we were risking our...More

Our GPS took us through the tunnel. Quite a surprise. Cool way to get to Windsor! Going underwater to get there

Hard to believe that I'm entering a different country each time I cross into Canada via the tunnel. It's getting to be quite expensive as fares went up on April 1st on the American side. However, I still prefer the tunnel to the bridge.

Drove through it. Yippee - big deal. Not really anything to comment on - I would not say it is a tourist destination.

You get to cross underwater the world's longest un-militarized border between Canada and the United States of Canada. Can take a public bus or drive through the tunnel.

It's one thing to take a drive from Detroit to Winsdor, or vice versa...but it's an entirely different experience to RUN underwater, through the tunnel! The Detroit Windsor marathon and half marathon are the only events that close the tunnel to vehicle traffic so thousands...More

Good once you pass the Renaissance Centre and find the entrance to this. Utilitarian. Effective. Nice? No.

I don't see why not, buses go through many times a day. Now, do be aware that you will have to go through the Canadian checkpoint - you may be asked many more questions and require additional paperwork.

Allow plenty of time and be sure you have passports in order. If you get pulled over for inspection it will take even longer. Have a great time!

Best of my knowledge, no. Tunnel Bus will take you / drop you off at the Cobo Center. Casino possibilities - Motor City Casino or the Greektown Casino - can be reached by a short taxi ride.
