The park is being restored to its one time beauty after years of neglect . Its now a state park and patrolled heavily by police . The beaches are nice . With anything in Detorit just be safe and use your head

The island has a lot to offer with free admission with the state park sticker. Quaint aquarium, the flower conservatory has beautiful flowers & plants. All the other museums were also good. Bring a picnic lunch. Great places for pictures too

I've been going here for a few years and it's been progressively getting better. Many people biking, running, playing sports. Gives a throw back feel of how Detroit use to feel and how the city has been progressing. Definitely a good place to hang out...More

We went down to go to the aquarium & conservatory got to go to the Conservatory but the Aquarium closed @ 4 but the Conservatory had so many beautiful trees & huge ferns & orange trees with oranges..what a great experience of how much beauty...More

Not sure but you have to secure a permit for your area. It’s best to ask when you get the permit.

I do not think there is a fee, and they have multiple bike racks all over belle isle
