This tour, "The Rise, Fall and Renewal of Detroit, MI" is an excellent balance to the news media. Bob paints an honest yet encouraging way to see Detroit, and you will learn things you wouldn't have, without Bob's sharing! Don't miss it

Had very good tour, supported by good weather. We saw nice parts of downtown and good background information. Bob does not give "teaching" lessons more like story telling and lively interaction with participants. Interesting even for inhabitants of greater Detroit area. Clear recommendation.

Corktown is Popping tour by Bruce was a great overview of the area including it's shops and restaurants. I wish the tour had been more informative regarding the architecture.

they do not take us into abandoned buildings, but they did take us into a parking garage which used to be fancy art theater and it is chilling to see what happened to the theater
