Amazing view of current automation for the Ford F150 truck. This plant sends out one truck every 52 seconds.

Amazing tour. Not sure I could do the same job everyday. But very interesting on how quickly a truck can be made.

She was intrigued with the robotics and the light show on the clay model. The model appears to move and change colors. It was very, very loud. Anyone with autism should not go to this exhibit!

The plant was running the day we were there &a it is really something to see. To actually see all the parts coming together & forming a truck is something else.

A good overview of parts of the assembly process. It’s too bad there isn’t a way to see the entire process, like the installation of the drive train. But it’s a very easy way to get an inside look at a modern production process.
