The buildings with narrators were very interesting; we learned a lot. But there were a lot of displays that were meaningless. How did the sawmills work; where did the logs sit; how did the cider mill work; what was the significance of some the buildings; what was in the gardens, etc. Additional signage would be nice. The train ride was... More

We have been members for several years and enjoy every visit. There is always something new to see and learn. The setting is beautiful and it is fun to walk all around. The train, vintage car ride, and the carousel are all fun too. You can easily spend several hours here. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly too.

Amazing displays. Wonderful way to spend the day learning about our history. There is so much to do and see. The displays are wonderful, it was so neat seeing the live displays and we especially enjoyed the Thomas Edison act. You can easily spend a couple of days here. We didn't visit the museum on this trip, just the village.... More

Two adults visited the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village over two days in early May. What a place! Spent all of day 2 in Greenfield Village and saw about 2/3 of it (note that we like to take our time and read the captions on the exhibits). All of the staff were very friendly and informative. Found the food... More

We love going here!!! The place is so big and so historical. It's a great place to take family pictures (Which I do). My husband and I take our boys ages 7, 5, and 3. We just got done taking them for Thomas the train event for mother's day. And it was great! They loved all the things they were... More

Great informational trip with lots of knowledge from the works about things from the past! The speaker in the tin shop was very friendly and had great advice for the kids! The blown glass shop was really neat too! Also a must is you have to have some custard, it was amazing!
