I love Pine Knob & it is where I learned to ski years ago. They have a nice lodge to warm up in & the hills are not really difficult even for the beginner skier. The runs can get icy but if you can master that you can ski anywhere.

Been skiing here for 25 years. It's fine for what it is, a small hill for some recreational skiing. They do a great job grooming and making snow. I think it is a bit deceiving that they list so many runs and a $50 lift ticket is ridiculous. It really breaks down to around 10 runs (being generous). I do... More

We live about 2 miles from Pine Knob and have always enjoyed going to watch the people ski. It's something different to do during the winter months. The bar/lounge faces the ski lifts so you can get a window seat. We usually have a beer (craft) or two and order from the "limited" food menu. Horrible just plain horrible!! The... More

The ski and snowboarding is good for a small venue we have allot of fun with family and friends. The only issue is the food is terrible nothing fresh. When spending the day with family you cannot really get anything good to eat, better pack some good food. If they upgraded there food, I would vote this place excellent.

Ski bump that is pointed. Very crowded, and expensive. They have a ladies day which is great, save a few bucks on your lift ticket. Not many trails.

Young kids, older parents and new skiers, this place is a great starter hill. Very little challenging hills. Gotta head north or West for that.

This is a local ski resort that is fun for all ages and abilities. New runs are open this winter. Many ski clubs are using the facilities and enjoying it totally.

Pine Knob Golf Course is open to the public and provides a challenging track ... what was originally built for a private country club community is now a mix of residences and a public golf course. What used to be fun full time restaurants named La Veranda & Hamburger Mansion are no longer operating and the venues are now used... More

I have a somewhat experienced 12 year old and a beginner 4 year old snow boarders and this is great for both of them. The 12 year old is just starting the double black diamond while the 4 year old can be on the bunny hill. Great viewing area to be able to observe both of the kids with out... More
