Initially we were going to take our car to the island but had difficulty getting a reservation to get off. We choose instead to walk on. It was easy to get tickets and a nice easy way to get to island. The staff was pleasant....More

Always the same. Basically unfriendly, rude union workers who aren't very pleasant to passengers. Often dirty, bathrooms can smell. Expensive snack bar. Difficult to book reservations in the summer.
