We turned up early afternoon, but were told by a lady munching on a hamburger, that everyone had gone home for the day. We had a very quick wander around the empty site, got in our car and drove off as well.

I have visited the Storrowton Village Museum many times over the years. It is open during the Big E and is one of the best parts of the fair. Always interesting to see our history.

This is a wonderful example of an 18th Century home built in North Brookfield, MA by Captain John Potter. I once played in the cellar hole of this home!

Is a small venue, but worth taking the time. Much valley history here, and the staff were very friendly, and answered all our questions. They were not busy, sad as more people would enjoy coming here if they knew about it.
