This is a gem of a State Park with reasonable prices for tent sites that are large fairly private and deep in the woods. I spent two nights camping in my Hammock and my friend in her tent. A great treat was being woken up...More

Camped in a popup the weekend of September 22. The Park is woody, with sites that are predominantly private and quiet. New bathrooms and showers are very nice, and free! Camp staff are around but not at all intrusive. Walker Pond is accessible and very...More

We drove through just to take a quick look. Will definately stay. Beautiful park. Campsites vary so you can be close to friends (but not on top of each other) or keep your distance from other campers.

Consists of trails and roads, plenty of space to park and quiet area right in Sturbridge off RT.49. Plenty of shady areas and good for novice hikers or parents with older children. Easy going and fun for a few hours.

Brought my daughter to her first park. She loved it till the wind picked up, but you can't help the weather. They were definitely doing some renovations but overall clean.

One of the nicer places to go camping in the area, staff keep the place spottless bathrooms grounds etc. Some sites can be close to your neighbor and a bit away from bathrooms. They do have a pond with a small beach. As being a...More
