At Taza, our mission is to make and share stone ground chocolate that is seriously good and fair for all. Why stone ground? Because bolder is better! We grind cacao beans using hand-carved millstones. The result? Stone Ground Chocolate with bold flavor and satisfying and gritty texture. Join us for a Taza factory tour to learn about our unique chocolate making process, and sample the results!

We decided to go on the Taza tour for my husband because he loves chocolate and it was his birthday weekend. The staff was great and shared so much information about their chocolate from start to finish. Having samples of the caoco pods, nibs, etc., was very enlightening. I never realized that the pods grew on the trunk of the... More

I guarantee that you have not tasted chocolate like this before. Stoneground, coarse texture and delicious. Very informative tour and lots of Chocolate tasting. Becka was our tour guide and made the experience a memorable one. Thank you Taza

Brought my teens during winter recess and had a great time learning about the process of making stone ground chocolate. We had the pleasure of literally tasting all of the flavors and were genuinely satisfied with our learning experience and our purchases. We booked our tour online, which was completely hassle free. Free parking in the area. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful tour of the factory with Sophie. We learnt a lot about the Mexican way of making chocolate that has nothing to do with the European one. We tasted quite a few samples, all delightful. This visit is great to do with a teen, as it catches that age interest and taste. The docent was very energetic... More

Really enjoyed my tour of Taza. Don't be put off by the surrounding area. It's pretty industrial looking, but the Taza shop is colourful and friendly. The tour, itself, was really interesting. I learned heaps about how chocolate is made. The best bit was getting to sample all the different flavours! Good value and would be interesting for kids, as... More

The tour was chock-full of information and delicious chocolate samples. We were pretty much able to eat as much chocolate as we wanted. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Great experience all around.
