You know there’s not a lot to see in a town when glacial potholes are #2 on the list. What the pictures don’t tell you is that they can only be seen by heading towards the factories and weir where brown foamy water pours down...More

This was a great area to walk around to see this wonder of the world. The bridge garden is also so close by and beautiful to see. If you in the area you must stop and visit.

We visited Shelburne Falls with friends specifically to see the potholes. It's an interesting sight to see them and well worth a visit if you are in the area. It was the film location of "The Judge" in 2013

Hard to believe the beautiful artwork left by water sculpting. Good to listen to roar of Salmon Falls while checking out the potholes.

This place was amazing. It was fascinating to see something like this. It was in close walking distance to The Bridge of Flowers and shops/restaurants.

This is just a really neat natural phenomenon. Easy to walk to from the Bridge of Flowers, so be sure to add it to your schedule. Never seen anything like it before.

Was visiting the Bridge of Flowers and saw the sign for Glacial Potholes. Walked over and was very pleased that my husband and I did. It was really fascinating to see how the potholes look and see what has formed over the years.

It is hard to believe the swirling rock formations and the glacier carved almost perfectly round hollows were all caused by nature and not part of a man-made art installation. This is a nice place to stop in while enjoying the restaurants and shops in...More

If your out viewing the Bridge of Flowers, this is literally across the street and there is parking. Its waterfalls and then the rocks below have holes in them with water and the smoothness from over the years of water cascading down. The color of...More

No, you can't walk on them now. It's very sad. It used to be so much fun to sit and play and feel the warmth of the rocks and the coolness of the water in the potholes.
