A great walk on the boardwalk and beach. It was low tide so there were no people jumping off the bridge. As we visited in September it was very quiet so no crowds, just a few families "crabbing" off the bridge. We loved reading all...More

We went during low tide and low season and it was a very enjoyable time. Not sure I would be brave enough with water surrounding the walk as there are not railings all the way. There was no charge for parking and it was not...More

We enjoyed taking the walk on the boardwalk. It was low tide so there were no people jumping off the bridge. It is also not peak season so there were no crowds to contend with. It is a nice thing to see at least once...More

This is a good place for a walk along the boardwalk over the marsh, or a walk along the beach, but not a place for good swimming because the beach is extremely rocky.

A lovely easy walk, beautiful nature, leading to the sea. Wide open spaces, fascinating. Boardwalk was lovely, raised over the ground and water, even saw people jumping off the sides, swimming- such fun

The scenery around you is drop dead gorgeous. But the info at your feet vies for your attention. Carved into the boards are messages and memories from locals and visitors. Well worth your time and you can end up at a beach to kayak or...More

It is about 3/4 of a mile in total. If you use the parking lot farthest from the beach, about a 20 minute walk in total

They do charge to park in the summer if you don't have a sticker. Unless you get there early, they don't ticket cars that get there before they start charging.
