Bearksin Neck is a ball! Lots of shops and galleries on a peninsula that juts out into the harbor. A couple good restaurants and ice cream shops.Spend a couple hours and you won't be disappointed.

There are a lot of cool shops Herero poke around at. But we went right to the end of the pier to check out the birds. Amazing views of common eider and great black-backed gulls. Loons as well!

Not all will be open, so call ahead or contact the Chamber of Commerce. Some shop owners have seasonal shops down south.
