There are a couple of National Seashore centers out on the Cape with a gift shop, observation deck, movie theatre, etc. This one has a great view of the sea at the tip of the Cape.

This is one of the few places you don't have to pay $10-20 for an entrance/parking fee. It's free, high up on the dunes, great view of natural landscape & coast. Only drawback is that it's not directly on the ocean & there's not access...More

The top deck has a good view of the ocean. There are free high-powered binoculars available. The rangers downstairs have all the answers to your questions. No eats here.

Stop in and head upstairs to the Observation Deck to get a great view of the beach and area. There a gift shop there as well as information on the lands and bike trails.

The visitor center is a good place to begin exploring the province lands. There is a list of suggested trails and a few exhibits to check out. The observation deck is a good place to lam the rest of your day in the area.
