The visitors center in Orleans recommended the beach here, and we enjoyed two afternoons here. Our 6 and 9 year old kids loved looking for sea creatures, rocks, and shells. We found a horsehoe crab, dozens of snails and hermit crabs, and several small crabs....More

Stayed at A Little Inn on Pleasant Bay and took wedding morning sunrise photos for the newlyweds. Spectacular setting and the sunrise was perfect for photographing.

Both Big and Little Pleasant Bays are great places to go for the day. Beaches are small and rustic. Water is warm and can be shallow, which can make for accidental groundings in small sailboats. But, what a breeze to jump off and get going...More
