This is one of the reasons why we drive seven hours to spend three weeks at Cape Cod! Such a fun evening out at an intimate theatre. We saw Spamalot and enjoyed it very much. Look forward to next summer!

The amateur actors are fantastic and the Director, Peter Earle, makes every play a winner. The venue mainly does Broadway and Off Broadway shows from the past, but they are always well=performed and delightful to watch.

We attended last night for the first time and saw Spamalot, the outrageous Monty Python show that had won an Emmy years ago on Broadway. I had to advise my "innocent" husband about how silly and irreverent it would be not even knowing that this...More

The Academy of Performing Arts is an intimate theatre setting with the seats on three sides of the main stage/floor, and while its actors are all amateur actors, they always present top class productions. It definitely is a theatre that needs to be experienced to...More

Local players perform to musicals and other mainstream productions in small quarters and limited staging. The enthusiasm of the players make up for any shortcomings in the equipment. Always a fun venue at a reasonable or lower price. Great children shows in the summer.

SPAMOLOT was the show we saw, and it was great. The theater is sort of in-the-round - the seats surround the floor and small stage on three sides. Very good for viewing - close and intimate environment. Comfortable seats. Seats 160+ people. The cast was...More

Being a good pal, I said 'of course' to a friend's proposal that we go to Camelot. OMG! King Arthur was tremendous as was the staging and direction. The rest of the cast was admirable. A thoroughly enjoyable treat.

"The last of the Red Hot Lovers" was playing. I saw this venue when visiting the Orleans Historical Society as it is almost across the street. I didn't know there was a local theater group in Orleans still offering performance in late September, and it...More

An old Simon play well acted in a lovely, intimate theater. Perfect change of pace in a beach vacation.
