Informal and intimate, this theater complex provides an upfront and personal theater experience. Enjoyed The God of Carnage in the Elayne Bernstein Theater. Seating looks to be pretty good regardless of position, but would recommend center.

Saw God of Carnage this weekend on a rainy day and it was great - we laughed a lot. Nice and small - not a bad seat and very reasonably priced tickets. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful production and interpretation of The Tempest performed in an outdoor theater. Even fun for the kids. Shakespeare is alive and well.

We saw the last production of The Tempest for the season. The actors were outstanding, as was the whole production - staging, interpretation, music.... I found the whole thing emotionally powerful and aesthetically satisfying

I look forward to summertime in the Berkshires, including the productions at Shakespeare &Company. They do a great job year after year. The current production of The Tempest is no exception. Staged in an outdoor garden with an intimate audience, it was a delightful performance.
