I was very disappointed in this train ride. I had high hopes of seeing some wonderful sights from the train but it was mostly the backs of business buildings and homes. The train goes 2 stops on the train route and then retraces it steps....More

This was a fun family experience. we were able to take our 2 year old and have a fantastic time. He loves it.

I was on the new hoosac line it is great it is about 50 min. It was $10 for my child and I we were some of the first people to ride it. It is amazing.

If you already saw all Berkshire's museums, gardens and beautiful state parks, take a scenic tour with the Berkshire scenic railway. It's a different and interesting experience. You will have a fun!

It's not a big thing but it does have a depot and is nicely done. It's not a destination but is worth seeing.
