Currently, the Cape Cod Central Railroad runs from May through October. It offers Shoreline Excursion Trains, Yankee Clipper Brunch Trains, Cape Cod Dinner Trains and various special events. Departing regularly from Hyannis, with select additional departures from Buzzards Bay, the Cape Cod Central Railroad is a popular tourist attraction. Guests depart the mid-Cape in Hyannis, travel through West Barnstable and Sandwich and down to the Cape Cod Canal. On the way, they travel through sand dunes and salt marshes, see glimpses of the bay and have the opportunity to enjoy parts of Cape Cod that are only accessible by rail. Our award winning Elegant Dinner Train was featured among the top three dinner trains nationwide by TV Food Network's Dining on the Train. Join us for a gourmet meal as we journey through scenic Cape Cod and find out why.

We took the 2 hour round trip and booked the club seating (had a table and chairs, rather than standard seats). The trip was very enjoyable, with a view of the Cape you can't necessarily see by car. The speaker in our car wasn't turned...More

It a 2 hour ride round trip. Parking was $5. The trains had upper and lower seats, we chose upper. It was a good choice as it would have been hard to view the sights from below. The end seats are the best because they...More

This was such a fun experience. The food was better than I was anticipating and we had a great time. If you are someone who expects a highly attentive waiter, you may not enjoy the service. Luckily we are pretty laid back and self-sufficient, but...More
