Pretty walk and welcome to Gloucester. Views of the homes on one side and the harbor/bay on the other. Boats and ships in harbor and actively sailing. Memorial to sailors lost at sea.

The walk along the "boardwalk" was relaxing and refreshing with the sea breeze. It gives you a good feeling for Gloucester, and if you are walking west to east, you can then continue two more blocks and walk the main street of town.

Sweet, interesting shops. Various interests will be happy. There is a store where the gentleman makes all the wood furniture that is offered for sale. Beautiful work. We went to a children's shop, ladies shop. Fun time.
