Beautiful beach with warm water in the summer for swimming...But their dog policy of not allowing dogs even the after hours in summer is ridiculous and hypocritical since the neighboring beaches of Old Silver and Merganser allow dogs and its the same strip of Buzzards...More

This is a great beach with fine white sand great for castle building, shallow water and a sand bar at low tide. The water is gorgeous, very clear, virtually no seaweed with tiny fish and a lot of jellyfish activity. Kids were entertained and loved...More

I've been to Chappy twice..both times, gorgeous. It's a thin beach that has a backdrop of boulders. Don't plan on bringing a tent or even many other belongings as it's very narrow. But the water is gorgeous past the pebbles and there is a sand...More

Beautiful beach on Buzzards Bay side of Falmouth. Beach is very private and is very walkable during low tide. Great view of the Knob and windsurfers.

This is probably my favorite public beach in Falmouth. It's in West Falmouth so it's off the beaten track and thus has less tourists than other public beaches. Very popular with dog walkers and people trying to stay fit by walking early in the morning...More

We'll often bike over to Chapoquoit Beach when we are on the Shining Sea bike path because we are not residents of Falmouth, and parking is for Falmouth residents only. (Though go after 5 and the guard is gone, and there are usually plenty of...More

One of my favorite beach locations. Beach area does not have a lot of depth but is long and scenic. This is a town beach and requires a Falmouth town beach permit. There is public access after 4:00 pm.
