Beautiful beach on Buzzards Bay side of Falmouth. Beach is very private and is very walkable during low tide. Great view of the Knob and windsurfers.

This is probably my favorite public beach in Falmouth. It's in West Falmouth so it's off the beaten track and thus has less tourists than other public beaches. Very popular with dog walkers and people trying to stay fit by walking early in the morning...More

We'll often bike over to Chapoquoit Beach when we are on the Shining Sea bike path because we are not residents of Falmouth, and parking is for Falmouth residents only. (Though go after 5 and the guard is gone, and there are usually plenty of...More

One of my favorite beach locations. Beach area does not have a lot of depth but is long and scenic. This is a town beach and requires a Falmouth town beach permit. There is public access after 4:00 pm.

"Chappy" seems to go forever in both directions ~ there's room for lots of beach lovers. Less crowded than Old Silver Beach. The water is a nice temp, & many swimmers are out playing in the waves. After you walk over 2' of smooth rocks,...More

In the off season, this beach is exceptionally friendly towards dogs! When we bring our pups here, there are always plenty of other doggies for them to scuffle around with. The beach itself is also very nice. The sand is very soft, which feels good...More

I live in Falmouth and this beach is my peace on earth. I hate to tell the world about it. The public beach itself is somewhat small especially at high tide. There is a private beach club next to it. You can walk through the...More
