Great little GA airport near the beach....you can fly in and park and walk to the beach! Beautiful grass runway. Gorgeous biplane there for rides. People were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Nice little airport.

Being a private pilot that loves to fly and land on grass strips, the Katama Airfield is lovely. Great Restuarant and well maintained runways.

We flew in from NYC and out to Boston a few days later for something exciting. Friendly airport staff made our trips easy. The gusty and bumpy flight to Boston was an unreal small plane adventure !
