It is early June so as far as I am concerned, swimming in the ocean (or Lake Michigan for that matter) is out. I do enjoy, however, being on the beach, walking on the sand, and putting my toes in the water. This beach is...More

This is probably one of the prettiest beaches that I have been on in Cape Cod. The color of the water and the waves were absolutely beautiful. No good for small children. The waves would be too rough.

Did a side trip from the Cape Cod Rail Trail to this beach via Lodge Street which leads to the parking lot at the national park entrance. If you have a bike you can skip the shuttle and ride about 2 miles to the beach,...More

Always a nice beach to stop at. It’s still winter here so we didn’t walk on the beach. Instead we walked the trail to the bridge. The scenic views from here are beautiful.

Visited on a grey Saturday morning in early April... the views were stunning! Just happy to watch the waves roll in, and hear the sound of the surf and the songbirds. Too chilly to go down to the shore, but lots of great views from...More

Coast guard Beach is a beautiful beach, in my opinion one of the best on the Cape. Stunning dunes and perfect sand, with a sandy and shallow entry (although this can change year to year). You can bike here via the salt pond trail, or...More

Yes there is, directly in front of the bathrooms-locker rooms is a small walkway down to the beach. its a bit of a hill but not bad. Hope you find it if you go back.
