Always something going on around this lighthouse. A lot of interesting history in this area of quaint towns and many sights for natives and tourists.

The lighthouse is well kept. One can visit during allowed time.It is located in a calm place with a nice view on the sea. Ideal for a quick stop.

Stopped by our favorite lighthouse today. Looked beautiful with the Christmas wreath on the front! In the summer you can get closer to see the monument honoring lost coast guard. There is also a coast guard boat right out front. Interesting for kids and adults.

A popular, historic attraction. Visit end of the afternoon, especially on sunny days, at dusk. Parking can be limited so be prepared for delays in parking.

We stopped by Chatham Light on a cloudy Sunday afternoon. Parking was convenient, just across the street. The lighthouse offers a limited schedule of tours during the season, which we missed. A retired 125-ton lifeboat sat on the grounds and was quite a sight. Next...More
