Almost exactly 1 mile of trail if you do the loop trail which goes along the Neponset River. The climb to the top is only .3 but worth it for the view of the Boston skyline and the Great Blue Hill. You can also put a canoe or kayak into the Neponset river from here.

An easy trail leads to a nice lookout in only about 5 minutes, where you can see the Boston skyline in the distance. There is a good amount of open grass area, perfect for letting dogs run around because you'll often be the only person here. There is also a nice easy put-in to the Neponset River for kayaking or... More
