This place was a lot of fun. I only did the events that I wanted to do. I enjoyed the staff members that took great care to ensure your safety. I don't have to do this again but its also fun to watch. The swing was the highlight of this adventure for me.

We came here for the second time, because our child begged for it. We did the explorer course suitable for kids from 5-10and the instructors are encouraging, funny and keep the little ones safe. If you are over 70lbs go for more adventurous courses.

This facility has many of the adventures of larger parks but is located in a suburb of Baltimore. The challenges are smaller or shorter, but still fun. The staff is very safety-conscious but friendly and knowledgeable on the obstacles. While the obstacles are not as large (climbing) or as long (zip lines), they are easily accessible from most areas around... More

Took my 17 year old for her birthday and we had a blast! We did the triple option with the swing, zip line, and drop thing. We all loved the swing! The zip-line was a nice easy ride. No one particularly liked the drop thing; it was strenuous to climb up and nerve wracking to come back down. The staff... More

Took the granddaughters, now 11 and 12, for their second summer visit to Terrapin Adventures. Since the first visit, last summer, they have been eager to go back and do it again. The very professional staff made sure they were safe and the whole thing went very smoothly. This place is so well run that I didn't really have any... More

I took my sons (ages 13 and 11) and my nieces (ages 9 and 12) to Terrapin Adventures for the Triple Thrill. I bought out tickets online ahead of time and was also able to fill out the waivers online head of time also. When you arrive at the Savage Mill, park in the back parking lot and make your... More

We signed up for the triple thrill package and got to experience the zipline, the flyer pole, and the giant swing. While each of the obstacles was thrilling, we were expecting a bit more. A lot of time was taken up by explanations from our guide, Jeff, who did an excellent job at showing us the ropes; more time yet... More

Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on the positive relationships between our guides and guests. The triple thrill is a great value for those with only about 1.5 hours of time. Our Terrapin Challenge package which includes five major elements is certainly more challenging and we suggest you try that next time. More

I was impressed with Terrapin Adventures. From the moment we stepped in to the check-in center, we had a great time. The staff has everything well organized so check-in moves smoothly. They are also friendly and, through humor and confidence, helped my kids work through their nerves at doing this for the first time My kids (9 and 7) loved... More

Today was our second trip to Terrapin Adventures, and in 3 years since our last visit the place has improved. The staff is well trained and pleasant.
