Great store

Knowledgeable and good staff; found just the shoes (Altra Torins) I was looking for. Great conversation about ultras, too.

Jason and Laura and team do things the right way. We have bought bikes, equipment for running, swimming and biking, and had them service our bikes at their store in St. Michaels. They have been unfailing in their helpfulness and advice on purchases and service. You can't find a better place to bring your bike, whether you are a triathlete... More

We received excellent service when picking out a bike for my sister in law. Husband & wife team were very helpful , putting a bike together from a box so she could try it out before she ordered another color. These folks know their stuff when it comes to bikes, ridding and training for Iron Man Events

This husband and wife team are doing it right! The bikes we rented and the customer service were great! We'll definitely rent from them again! Their delivering the bikes to the house we rented on Tilghman Island, was such a great help!!

Love this place! Tri shops are hard to find on the eastern shore, but this is absolutely worth the drive from Salisbury. I had a tune-up and a quick fitting done on my road bike, and Jason was very friendly and knowledgable. And there's an impressive selection of gear and apparel, so I'll definitely be back.

The husband and wife team who run this shop are great. We were here on our honeymoon and wanting to bike around; however my bike needed rim truing and ultimately a new spoke. They called us back and sorted out the problems quickly, working us right in to their lineup of repairs. That allowed us to ride around a bunch... More

Coming from DC to purchase a bike on the Eastern Shore seems counterintuitive, however, this store defines the concept of going above and beyond in terms of sales and service. I purchased a high end road bike from Jason and Laura -- from the get go, they treated me like a long time friend, rather than a customer, working with... More

We had TriCycle do some work on our bikes and have to say that Jason and his wife went above and beyond to make it all work even though my husband and I were having delays in getting warranty parts direct from the bike manufacturer. They were patient and understanding and ended up with our bikes in their shop for... More

This is a great store owned and operated by a couple of natives who will treat you very well while getting you outfitted for biking or kayaking. We rented bikes on Easter weekend and it was the best part of our Saturday. Jason spent time getting our bikes ready and Laura was planting flowers out front. They obviously love what... More

Truly exceptional service from a knowledgable and friendly staff. TriCycle and Run tuned up my bike for a very reasonable price and gave me some free help on switching to clipless pedals. They are very helpful without being pushy. Good selection of new, used, and rental bikes.
