The beach, ocean, and boardwalk scene make a super combo -- the Kite Fest makes it even better (Google Kite Fest, OC, MD for upcoming dates). Unfortunately, some of the establishments are already closing down, or having limited hours/service this time of year (21 SEP...More

We went down to the board walk to just walk, look around and have a bit. It's clean, well maintained and has lots to do. We also attended Sunfest while there and enjoyed it also. Lots of fun for all.

We grew up with every summer at Ocean City and every night we walked the boardwalk and loved every minute of it! 50 years later, we are back with friends and family and still just love it! Came down for SunFest from Arizona!

Boardwalk packed with people during festival. There is something for everyone. Every kind of food available. T-shirts very reasonably priced. Incredible beach view. Whole boardwalk lined with benches to rest when needed. My favorite stops are: Purple Moose Saloon, Kite Loft, Thrasher's French Fries, and...More

Weekend in OC. We do it every year! Kids had so much fun! It was bike week. We loved watching all the motorcycles! By Sunday night it was quite. Monday night by 9pm everything was closed! We still enjoyed the peace and quite.

What a great day to be on the boardwalk at Ocean City! Sunfest offers something for every one: arts and crafts exhibitors and sales, food court and music. You can stay there for hours and not realize it!

the boardwalk is open year round it just depends on whether the shop owner opens. your best bet would be to contact specific stores if that is your interest.

We stayed around 60th St and drove to the Boardwalk. It really wasn't bad at all on a wednesday evening. Parking was not difficult. We parked in a lot that was $8 for 3 hrs.

There is paid parking near the board walk and the pier. Space is limited.
