Blue mash has it all! Open links style holes, holes with water carries, holes with water along the length of the hole, and tree lined holes. I give Blue Mash extra points for being a modern course that is easily walkable, even from the tips, which play about 6900 yards. I have played this course about 20 times in 2016... More

The starter warned us the first three holes were challenging -- and they were. But several other holes were challenging as well, including the deceptively simple par three seventeenth. The course is well maintained (though there were a few spotty areas this fall). In all enjoyable.

Played the course for the first time, yesterday. We played the round in 3 and a half hours. We rode. Looks like a tough course to walk. The front nine plays much tougher than the back. I shot 51/41. The first three holes are beasts. Three out of four of the par threes are long but the par fives are... More

Good putting green, good chipping area, and nice grass driving range give you a great warm up before your round... Very beautiful course and good for all types of players... Fun course to walk.. tips are for the pro's but whites and blues are great for most players. The forward senior and red tees make this course for everyone. The... More

Blue Mash golf course has a certain personality that makes it challenging yet fun to play. Close to Washington DC it provides a nice alternative to the more expensive club courses dotting the area. A Major drawback: their starter(s). Club house personnel are uniformly professional, whereas the club starter that we have encountered on several occasions now, appears to be... More

This is a nice course with a mix of challenging and short holes. The first few holes can be a but intimidating. Tge course is very well maintained. We were behind a very slow group last weekend. The marshalls were very helpful in asking the group to speed up their pace of play (as they were holding us and the... More

Blue Mash is located on the site of an old landfill. It's a pretty course, mainly open on the front nine and tree-lined on the back. The first four holes are quite challenging, and all the holes are fun. Blue Mash has one of the best practice areas around, with grass tees, a large chipping area with bunkers, and a... More
