It was an exceptionally pretty scene as it has snowed and the ground was covered. The white light with the red strip made for a festive scene. The park is well kept as is the light keepers restored dwelling. So it is worth a detour

If you are interested in lighthouses and history then stop in Havre de Grace, MD to see the Concord Point Lighthouse. Right on the Susquehanna River, then enjoy the promenade walk. Beautiful views with benches to sit and watch.

I always enjoy seeing the lighthouses when we travel.. This is very pretty but you can't go up into it if you are one that enjoys climbing all those stairs for the view.
