Take a walk back to a simpler time. In fact time seems to stop while visiting these quaint folks. These are not just historical relics, but actual entrepreneurs.

A nice local history experience with local artisans showcasing their talents. A nice walk after eating at Penn Alps. Depending on what you are looking in the form of art plan on spending $ to $$$. The walking path is nice and taken care of....More

Lovely group of artisans, all happy to chat, lovely to see and buy. BUT the bonus is ramps to all the lovely historic buildings. Ate there too. Again accessible and lovely food and nice staff.

The whole family enjoyed the walk and the history. It's a very nice place to meet and talk to the local artisans.

Most of the buildings in the Artisan Village are the actual historic buildings that were brought here from elsewhere, with some dating back to the 1700s. The artisans/craftsmen were friendly and informative and happy to explain or discuss their trades.

There is always an activity that is interesting to watch from candle making to basket weaving and furniture carving. A lot of shade makes this pleasant even on a very hot day.

Stopped here before when it was closed and enjoyed walking around the outside of the buildings, this time the village was open. Free to the public, explore historic buildings with multiple floors of antiques and artifacts. Learn about the history of the structures.
