This staid institution is one of the older and great concert venues in America. It's one of the original "sheds" (like Pine Knob or Concord), and there's been a ton of great music made there over the decades. On this last trip I was pleasantly...More

This year saw the finishing of the renovations of the complex bringing this concert venue into the 21st Century. This coincided with Columbia's 50th Anniversary celebration! They have added a greater selection of food and there are many micro Brewery beers too. They have upgraded...More

The venue is great. Lots of good food stands (depending on the event). The seating is comfortable. Wine in the woods is an exceptional event as well (recommended if you like live music, wine and relaxing outside).

Came to the venue for a concert recently, and was pleasantly surprised. The walk to the venue on the other hand is another story. There are a couple lots that will require a minimum 15 minute walk, and for some it will be taxing. Once...More

Came to see Gorillaz concert. Had to walk a good ways from parking, really is too bad the place doesn't have its own dedicated garage. Also sort of wished the stage was on the roof of its current location so it would've been more visible...More

Visited Merriweather Post Pavilion from out of town. Decent venue wth good acoustics for an outdoor facility. Sat in the lawn... unfortunately after a rain storm. Recommend a cheap moving pad and some type of plastic sheet underneath and you would be good to go,...More

They normally check per section. You should go to the box office at Merriweather and see if they can help you be together. They are nice to work with.
