I love when communities offer a trail where it is safe to walk, ride bike, go for a run, etc, but it is especially nice when the trail is located by a picturesque river. We have used this trail while visiting the area to go...More

This is a great place to walk, run, bike, skate, take the children or walk you beloved dogs. It is well maintained and there is a dog park that was newly added as well as soccer fields and amazing trees to climb for your kiddos.

This walk is nice to take my stroller. Well paved some rolling hills a great workout on a sunny day. This path connects to the Androscoggin swing bridge.

Nice (short) walk along the river, near the hanging bridge. Benches. Paved. We enjoyed this path for walking.

The Trail is along the River, but sandwiched between the River and the highway so it's noisy ... nice fall color!

Fishing from the Topsham side is good. The Topsham side has a nice little park where you can picnic and go down to the river. Don't swim although there are two very small beaches. The current is too strong and there is a power producing...More

A little gem in the middle of the city. Good fishing and a tidal mud/sand flat to fish off of, or you can choose to brave fishing on the (slippery) rocks.

Walking along the Androscoggin River is lovely and spacious. It would rate 5 stars if it wasn't so noisy. The noise of traffic was too unpeaceful for me.
