When my husband realized how close we were to Rockland from our vacation home in Georgetown, Maine (about an hour's drive), he was excited to visit. I'm glad he found this place. It was a great introduction to Andrew and Jamie Wyeth's art, with some...More

A recent visit was enjoyable and interesting. We found it quite difficult to find the entrance though, and parking. This is a small museum which is more our type as it's easy to get around. The map provided was not customer friendly, so we found...More

We visited this place in conjunction with the Olson House in Cushing, as N.C. Wyeth became good friends with the brother and sister who last owned the house. Make sure to carve out enough time in your day to visit this place because there is...More

My husband and I visited the Farnsworth during a stop in Rockland. The town itself is lovely and full of charm. We spent a couple of hours at the art museum and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!

I suggest a visit to the Wyeth center, and the exhibits in the galleries. Even a 25 minute viewing is enjoyable, calming and self- improving! The gift shop is a gem.

Not a fan of Jamie Wyeth and not terribly familiar with N.C. Wyeth before arriving here, I learned a lot about both as well as seeing some terrific watercolors by Andrew Wyeth. A definite must-stop place to go in Mid-Coastal Maine. Two things that struck...More

Just a fabulous museum. We did not know it existed until looking at the cruise brochure on things to do in Rockland. Walked around town on a sunny day and what a great find. Do not miss. Period.
