Great selection in the taproom. We didn't have time to take the tour, but we enjoyed sampling a flight. Some really unique beers were fun to taste. Definitely worth a stop while in Portland.

This is a traditional tap room with wood picnic tables and tables. They give you a tasting flights for $6 of beer or soda. Very unique and tasty beer from ipa, stout, bourbon barrel, ales and seasonal pumpkin for fall. Large gift shop knowledgeable servers.

I had a far better experience here than at Allagash. Great selection of taps (PUMPKIN BEERRR) and nice service. The gift shop was also pretty cool and left with a few good things. Only wish it closed later.

Walked in on a Wednesday and had no issue getting on the 3pm tour. We were the only ones on the tour. Bruce gave a very informative tour about brewing, craft brewing, and Shipyard's history and philosophy. Terrific tour. Did a flight tasting afterwards. Great....More

It's certainly a great place to visit in Portland. Staff is knowledgeable. I have a nice video. Service at the taste testing is great.

Stopped in during a weekend away in Portland. Decently sized gift shop that leads into the tasting room. It seemed like it would've made more sense to have a smaller gift shop and a more involved tasting room. Overall average experience, expected a little more...More

We went for a beer flight. The prices are decent and the staff were friendly. The beer is good, but not the absolute best.

This was not on the itinerary but sure am glad I stopped by. These folks know how to make good beer. The blueberry aged in bourbon barrels is good stuff. It was packed the day I visited. Will definitely stop by on the next trip!

Shipyard has beer tastings, tours, and a gift shop. Very friendly employees! $6/flight of 4 beers. 14 choices! Also available are flights of sodas for $1. We enjoyed all of the beers.

My girlfriend and I came here for Labor Day weekend and I think we both agree it was our favorite part of the weekend getaway. They have a ton of options and the best part is it is all very well priced. There was a...More
