we always enjoy looking around this store. I am a plus size women and they had all sizes. I found a few pair of pants and with all the diacounts they totaled less then one pair.

I got a $50 gift card from L.L.Bean for Christmas from my boyfriend. I went to the store to try to spend it knowing full well that I may have to throw in another 50 to buy something decent. I was wrong. Everything in the store is so overpriced that I could not in good conscience find something to buy... More

Everything is a factory reject that they disguise as real retail items. some of the other stores are better. Customer service average. Basically, a overrated company.

I've been an L.L. Bean fan since I was in high school. Having bought lots of items over the years, from lights to clothes, to boots and sleeping bags, I've always been statisfied with my purchases. However, this last visit, I finally returned something - a pair of boots that I've had for 3 or 4 years - for some... More

Not only is the Factory Store the only place you can ALWAYS get Bean Boots (even when they're out of stock), but you can often find things you would ordinarily buy in the retail store for slightly discounted prices.

We were there before the holidays, so it was crowded and had a very festive feel to it, lots going on. Some good sales, too - so much to look at, including the animals that are mounted, the snowglobe that people could go in to and have their photo taken and of course the big boot. Very helpful staff at... More

The stores never close so shop when you want. It has a store for every sport and all the equipment for that sport. You can spend hours in each building

We stopped in while passing through Freeport to make an exchange and were met by the most friendly and helpful staff ever! The store is aways neat, well stocked, and full of interesting things to look at.

The kids loved visiting! They had a cute fish tank the kids can pop their head in, the children's section has a train and chalk board the kids liked. There's a cafe inside and bathrooms near the kids section. Walking around outside was fun also especially this time of year. We found cute rain boots for $19! Can't beat that.... More
