The park looked very nice from what we could actually see. It was extremely foggy when we went, so plan accordingly because you can't see anything.

Nice park for some picknick or have some lobster rolls from the famous foodtruck nearby. Actually I prefer the overflow parking as there are way more parkinglots available.

We came to Cape Elizabeth especially to see this park with it's cliffs and light house. It was very nice to take a walk there

We were there for the Beach to Beacon for the first time. Very nice views. For that event you can't park there but otherwise there would be plenty of parking.

We walked around and soaked up the cool ocean breezes, the sounds of the crashing waves and got lots of steps in. A fun experience for the family.

There are paved sidewalks and road, not sure about actual bike paths. Road is safe to bike.
