Walked close to dusk and decided not to make the whole loop. I'm assuming I missed some of the better views and locations but overall I didn't find is particularly worthwhile.

This jewel of West Monroe is located on I-20 right off the Downing Pines exit. Once a scar on the landscape due to decades of use as a gravel pit, it’s now a marvel of how nature can restore itself from human abuse. Stop by...More

Beautiful trail. Perfect for a walk with the family. Shaded so you won't get too hot. Short and long trail for you to choose from.

Discovered by accident. Not really my destination but it was near my hotel. Very nice park. Well done. Quite relaxing. Was not expecting much so I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this facility is. Well worth the time to visit.

This is a great nature trail. But, I was looking for a walking trail. I am a female and I did not fill safe there alone. I think I was the only person there.

9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer would be the best and safest hours. It might not be a bad idea to bring mosquito repellent in July, August and September.
