The plantations are beautiful and full of history. Our tour guide was an amazing guide full of knowledge of the history of the families, who owned and ran the plantation. There are many historical events and priceless antiques at this home.

This was recommended as one of the best preserved and interesting of the old houses and it did not disappoint. Take the guided tour and you will see a lot more and learn some personal history of the caretakers.
