Sure, it is a tourist trap as many similar places tend to be. I was reluctant to go thinking it would be a Hokey thing to do. I was wrong, it was enjoyable, interesting and educational. A very worthwhile stop.

Took the tour yesterday. People were super friendly and knowledgeable. Family owned and operated for many years! Even got to take pictures holding an alligator! They really do care about all their animals.

Took a Tour today with my family (2 kids age 4 and 9). My boys had a blast listening to Mr. Richard, and T-Mike made the tour so interesting and funny! Where else can you hold a small gator and see them up close? The...More

This place is a small family farm but it's huge on experience. We learned a lot and had so much fun doing it. T-Mike was very informative and entertaining. We even got to hold alligators!!!

If you are looking for some bayou lovin' swamp fun, then this is the place for you. If you prefer more of a zoo experience, then you should pass on this place. I don't really fall into either category, but the rest of the family...More

We went to Kliebert's Turtle & Alligator farm and one step into the gift shop/lobby and we knew that animals had been left to die and ROT in that room - it smelled like death. They had a large bird in a small cage with...More

Great place to spend a couple of hours learning about these reptiles. Richard was an amazing tour guide and showed his knowledge and even encouraged us to be near the gators! Amazing experience !

I have visited Kliebert's quite a few times and I learn something new every time. My nephew who is five had a great time petting the baby alligators when he visited from Wisconsin. There is something for every age though. You can't get any closer...More

I took my nieces and Nephews and my Greats. We visited a week late to see the alligators being fed. We still had a great time!

Being from the north, Massachusetts, was interested to see all the Alligators, but was surprised by the amount of turtles there. At first was disappointed that we weren't allowed to walk around on our own, but was glad that there was a guide to explain...More

They should be the regular hours by then.
We're visiting New Orleans at the beginning of June and wanted to take our kids here while there. Do we need to make reservations in advance or is this something we can just stop in?

I would call them first to see what times they are doing tours, that's what we did and they put us down for the next tour and we didn't have to wait. Wear sunscreen because there's not much shade around the ponds. Hope you... More

Most of the year it's $15 for an adult and I think $10 for kids. Only like $5 in the winter due to alligators don't move much in cold weather. Public transportation is not available in that area.
