Whether you like to ride a bicycle, walk or jog the natural beauty of St Tammany is evident all along the Trace path. There are a number of wonderful spots to visit along the path in Covington, Abita Springs, Mandeville, Lacombe or Slidell.

The Tammany Trace is a wonderful place to walk or ride your bicycle for exercise or just leisure fun. The Trace is well maintained and monitored. Surrounded with large trees and other vegetation the Trace provides a shady stretchat times.
