My wife and I love this park and the kids enjoy the trails. The have recently built new bathroom facilities and have completely redone the beach area. The security is great when the beaches are packed!

The people at the gate were nice and made check in a breeze. The park is quiet, shady with lots of trees, clean, well mantained, covers several hundreds acres with squirrels and lots of birds. The park has a small zoo which is very enjoyable....More

It is good for a half day or a full day. We went for a few hours and walked around. Small kids and older ones will like it.

Good little park on the lake. Has swimming area but was to cold to swim. Small animal exhibit. Cheap to get in to park.

We enjoy family outings at Cypress. This used to be our favorite camping spot before we bought our houseboat. We still go for swimming and they have a neat dog friendly area.
