Great place to learn about the history of Louisiana. The second floor had the history of Jazz and Mardi Gras. We spent about 2.5 hours in the building and really enjoyed the visit.

Very interesting and well done exhibits on 2 floors depicting the history and cultural development of Louisiana. While not something to travel across country for, it is worth an hour or so of your time if you're in the area.

I don't remember for sure but I'm thinking $5. It wasn't much and was so worth it.
