This was a good first stop of the Bourbon Trail. It's very popular and gets busy early so I'd recommend getting their earlier in the day. Tours book up fast; if you go after 12 pm you may not get a tour. They do not take reservations for regular tours but do for corn to cork and other options but... More

Our tour guide was quite laid back and was able to give all the info needed. They only have two versions included in the tasting after the tour. The bottling line was quite small, amazingly so. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. Driving past the horse farms to get there was a nice bonus.

Nice distillery tour. Saw the bottling which some other tours do not include. Only minus was you didn't get to keep a glass like other places.

The distillery itself is very nice. We walked around for a while and the stone buildings are beautiful. We didn't take the tour because we were on a hurry and it was $14.

Second stop on our Bourbon Trail Tour. This is a short bus ride and a short walking tour with lecture. Just about 45 minutes to one hour with a taste testing at the end. The grounds are beautiful. Would like to see this distillery in the spring.

Husband and I did as a date day. Very nice place! we did the tasting tour ($14 each, included tour, tasting 2 bourbons and a bourbon ball) Tommy was very knowledgeable and made it fun! The aging house was breathtaking.. I could spend all day in there with the angel's share!<3

We've been here a number of times by ourselves and with out of town guests. It's an old facility that was closed, but reopened 20 or so years ago and became the producer of some of the worlds finest bourbon. In addition, they have a wonderful restaurant and gift shop. If you've never tried their bourbons, and are a bourbon... More

I'm a local. There are a number of distillery tours but I always bring guests to Woodford Reserve. I think it's the most picturesque site tucked in horse country. The actual process is truly handcrafted. It's not a big industrial operation. The barrels are filled by hand and bottled on a small assembly line. This is my third visit and... More

Well - we had been at Buffalo Trace earlier in the day - and then made our way to Woodford Reserve. We arrived at 3:00 for the last tour on Sunday, saw the van and asked the driver, "Is this the tour," and he said "Yes, but you need to get tickets inside." So we went inside, and a couple... More

The distillery is classy, relaxed and historical. The campus is beautiful as well as the rolling hills spotted with thoroughbreds that surround it. The tour is fascinating. A great experience from a great whiskey company.
