We had heard about this and wanted to see it. Unfortunately it was 95 degrees the day we were there so we couldn't see all of it because it just got too hot. They have small plaques on each section to explain it. It was...More

Interesting murals along the river flood walls depicting history of the town of Paducah. Hard to image flood waters up that high.

Nice little side trip from Nashville to St Louis. Great place to stretch your legs. These are beautiful murals, I would recommend a quick stop and the riverwalk

While many will visit the wall for the murals, I found it facinating to think that the river, which seemed so far below, could actually.rise to this level. It is an interesting piece of engineering. The murals depict lical history, and each is well captioned...More

The artwork is beautiful and there is a lot of great history in the artwork. Take the time and learn some of the local history. Each mural has a plaque describing the scene. A must see if in the area.

We walked over after dinner about 45 minutes before sunset. It was great to learn the history of Paducah and talk a walk by the river. Highly recommend this attraction.

These murals are very detailed of the history of Paducah KY. They also do a thing for kids. The paint some of the river rocks and hide them for the kids to find. Enjoyed these very much.

If you want a history lesson, just walk along the walls that protect the flood waters of the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers on the other side. While painted a while ago, artists were refurbishing areas of it the day we were there.
