This is a self guided tour using information on a sheet you receive when you pay. There are two distinct areas to visit. The large area had about 6 people making large glass items from the big glass furnaces. Upstairs there were a couple people...More

Over priced and boring, bring a pillow if you go. I am usually a nice reviewer, you can even look back at my other reviews and see. Anyway, this place was a waste of 3 hours. I advise people to avoid this place.More

I'm sorry you had such a poor experience when you visited. I am a little confused as to why you stayed for 3 hours if you were so bored. Usually, visitors will spend about 30-45 minutes watching the artists work during the tour. If they...More
