6 of us visited Maker's Mark in early June. It was a bucket list item for one in the group to dip his own bottle at Maker's Mark. The trip takes you off the beaten path for many miles, but it is worth the trip!...More

The history behind this bourbon is amazing. Touring the distillery is a must. This place produces a spirit with great history, while respecting history. Much of the work is done by hand that could be done mechanically with todays technology. All the way down to...More

It was a challenging trip to get there, but worth it. Very authentic and enjoyable. With large tour groups, be prepared for the heat. Some tour stops are extremely hot. Yes extremely. Be prepared. The facility and tasting area is top notch and memorable.

The best distillery on our Bourbon tour! Even if not into bourbon, the site and tour are amazing. As noted in other reviews, the 277 acres are amazing. And what history. Oldest bourbon distillery in the world. Marge and Bill Samuel created a brand unto...More

Maker’s Mark has the most beautiful property and the best tour experience. You get to experience the bourbon distilling process through each step. We were already fans of their bourbon but it was nice to see the process first hand. The cafe also has absolutely...More

Amazing property and distillery! The tour was great. Very sophisticated tasting of their brands. We enjoyed immensely. The glass artwork displayed was from an amazing artist.

You get to find out what the hill country of Kentucky is like getting there, but the drive is worth it. Beautiful setting. Informative tour where you get up close and personal. You get to taste 5 and sometimes 6 bourbons.

You have got to try a VRBO or Home Away! We found a beautiful home two blocks from downtown and we loved it.
