Love going to this beach to watch the sunsets. Besides seeing the concrete ship they built years ago, looking for cape may diamonds, taking great sunset pictures and packing a wine and cheese basket. This is the perfect end to a day at the beach.

I had heard about finding cape may diamonds here so we took the family for a hunt. The kids had a blast looking for the pretty clear crystals and hopping around in the waves. The sunset was an added bonus of course! It gets a...More

We visited after a storm to hopefully uncover some cool artifacts. We found lots of people picking up colored rocks. There are tons of them so it isn't so exciting. There is a nice view of an old shipwreck but overall the kids said why...More

The view was beautiful, but the sand was rocky. If you're not there an hour before sunset, there may not be parking and you may not get to see much. The flag ceremony was nice, but difficult to hear and not always timely from what...More

This is a great place to find keep me diamonds. The shops on the beach have fabulous items and clothing. It's nice to watch the sun go down. The flag ceremony is also very nice. We've been coming to this beach for years.

unfortunately the water is not as clean as it should be. there are some old pipes that can be a serious hazard and no warning signs or any sort of protection.

Cool little beach. Free parking. No swimming so no beach pass needed. Beach is covered with awesome rocks (jewels) for anyone who has young kids - it is a favorite. View of the concrete ship is very cool. Got to see lots of horseshoe crabs...More

We love coming to this beach to look for sea glass, stones, Cape May diamonds, and shells. Nice gift shop, grill restaurant, lots of parking.

The beach is great to play on and find Cape May Diamonds, seashells and sea glass but not so much for swimming. No Lifeguards here. There are lifeguards at designated beaches in Cape May and Cape May Point beaches.
