The park is beautiful and very well cared for. Some scenic views overlooking the Mississippi River and lots of local Civil War history make this a great place to visit!

I remember coming to the park as a kid and enjoying it then. First trip back in 40+ years. Three generations, picnic, explore. Awesome! Beautiful, well-kept, informational. I wish the museum couldn't have been bigger and better lit, but we all enjoyed it.

There is a water park about an hour and 15 minutes away in Eddyville, Ky. Discovery park of America is 35 minutes away in Union City, Tn. Check them out on trip advisor too.
